It was very impressive how she managed a complex and very competitive negotiation to a successful outcome for us! We bought our home in Kaneohe with Susan in 2015 and she was amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure our closing went smoothly. So in 2021 we were ready to sell and move back to the mainland. We knew we needed to enlist her services again. We were planned to wait and sell in 2022, but she advised us to sell sooner because she is always diligent about being informed of the market. Sure enough, the market had a downturn, but we had taken her advice to sell sooner. Because of that we sold our home in a week for top dollar!!
