Using reviews to gauge a person or companies value is a mixed bag these days, which is why I will only write these for a select few that have really impressed me, good or bad. Early on in my investment history I had some bad experiences with Realtors. Couple that with my youth and ignorance of what a GOOD realtor should be capable of really left a bad taste in my mouth for that profession as a whole. Susan is actually a family friend, but when my wife and I sat with her I was pretty blunt about my feelings for Realtors and the Industry on the whole. Susan took that well, and we teamed up on our first of many transactions. Over the last 5 years or so we have done several deals together. Susans knowledge of the industry on the WHOLE (and that is huge trust me) is amazing. Susan has impeccable ethics, a quality that is getting harder to find. Her relationship with other Realtors in the Industry is wide spread, which also comes into play during negotiations. Susan is the type of personality that would be highly successful in just about any career, lucky for us she chose Real Estate. If you are looking for a 'throw it at the wall and see if it sticks approach' from a Realtor, she isnt the one. If you are looking for someone who is more concerned with their commission than they are in doing what is right by the client, save some time and look elsewhere. If you are someone who knows what they want, is reasonable about their finances and appreciates a knowledgeable and honest opinion do yourself a favor and at least speak with Susan. At the end of the day, and this is something that just about every adult has experienced at one time or another, I have NEVER left a transaction feeling like I was poorly represented. In all honesty, I have purposefully done deals that I may have otherwise put off or not attempted strictly because I knew Susan would get the job done. My life goal was to make sure my family was taken care of both now and when I'm gone. Susan Borochov Let me just begin by saying that I would not be a homeowner had it not been for Susan Borochov. She went Above and beyond what was expected of a Real Estate Agent. Do to the nature of my deal, being a foreclosure, there were already a number of hurdles that I had to overcome, not to mention the fact that I was purchasing with my VA loan, which added an extra layer of issues. My purchase to close to a year and Susan was with me every step of the way. She handled all communication with the bank and alway kept me in the loop. I never felt in the dark and that kept my anxieties at bay. Not to mention the amount of people and vendors she knows was just incredible. She never made me feel obligated to use people she knew and always gave me the room to explore my options but to be honest, after all my research, her contact always had better service and great prices. I had issues trying to get my inspection, Susan was there. Looked at many termite inspectors hers was better. Needed to get my septic inspected Susan new right where to point me. Even before I started, I could not get my loan approved. I went to 3 different banks, I couldn’t get passed my credit check and I felt so deflated but ounce again Susan to the rescue. She referred me to an amazing person who worked miracles and got me approved. I don’t want to make this review to long not because I can’t because god knows I could write a book on how great she was as a Real Estate Agent but I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed with tons of reading so I’ll just say this. As good of a Real estate Agent she is, She’s an even better person. Halfway through my process I literally felt like a family member was helping me, not someone who was trying to make money. She’s extremely good at her job and if by now you can’t hear the sincerity in my words it’s only because I can’t find the words to express that my life has changed for me, my wife and daughter because we are now proud home owners and I firmly believe it’s all because of Susan Borochov and I know for a fact, she will provide the same level of service that she gave me for all of her clients.

Susan is an outstanding realtor!!! She kept in touch with me thru out the entire process. Her knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated for me as I was first time home buyer and the process can be quite intimidating!!! She was able to refer me to a great mortgage broker as well. From a buyers perspective, the reason I trust Susan is because she genuinely wants to help her client(s) find the perfect place. When you meet her it is clear this is her passion. She responds quickly, negotiates fairly, works well with other agents, and is always willing to make things work. She is diligent, resourceful, good at multitasking, and always has a positive attitude. Susan might be better known in Kailua/Kaneohe but don’t let that fool you, she knows Hawaii Kai and other town markets too. In the event your new forever home needs renovating Susan knows reputable people to get it done for you. She also has a network of industry professionals that made my experience go over smoothly.
