I can’t recommend Susan Borochov enough, where do I even begin? I was ready to purchase my first single-family home investment, and Susan guided me through every step of the process, starting with getting pre-approved, and then off she went! As a busy business professional working long hours, I truly appreciated how proactive and on top of the real estate market Susan was. She knew exactly which neighborhoods held their value and could rent quickly. For months, she sent me videos of potential properties, staying patient and persistent until we found the perfect investment that matched my game plan. There were several homes I liked along the way, but Susan always took the time to explain the pros and cons, often pointing out things I hadn’t even noticed. She could have easily made a quick commission by encouraging me to move forward, but she didn’t. Instead, she prioritized my long-term goals over a quick sale, which showed me just how much integrity she has. When it came time to make an offer, we were in a competitive, multiple-offer situation in this buyer's market. The property needed work, but had LOTS of potential. I was nervous, but Susan helped me strategize, and thanks to her presentation, our offer was accepted! Unfortunately, after inspections, the home revealed issues even the seller hadn’t been aware of. Susan handled the situation with grace and fairness, negotiating a credit that left both parties satisfied (the seller's Realtor was also very fair and easy to work with). She’s great at presenting facts and fair estimates in a way that makes sense and gets results. After closing, Susan didn’t stop there. She connected me with her trusted vendors, hands-on helped coordinate the repairs and renovations, meeting vendors, crawling under the house to see the leaks were repaired, meeting the cabinet and flooring installers, electricians etc...and continuously sending me video updates and guided me through preparing the home for rent. She was right, after the renovations, she introduced me to her go-to property managers, and my multi-family home was rented within 7 days! There’s honestly too much to mention when it comes to what Susan did. It's clear she truly enjoys her career, values her clients, and has built strong relationships with the people she works with. All her vendor contacts speak so highly of her, they jump to help her and are full of praise for her positive energy and professionalism. Susan is a true asset, not only as a lifelong Realtor, but also as a friend. I’ve already referred her to others, and even my referral is in awe of Susan’s service and dedication. Susan was an incredible asset from start to finish. She has expert knowledge of the local market trends, and allowed us to be very competitive in selling our home. We heavily relied on her for her connections as well, having small repairs and maintenance done throughout the process. In addition to this excellent customer service, Susan is a genuinely kind, compassionate person that always kept my family's best-interests at the forefront and provided invaluable advice and counseling (when needed).
